United Community Health Center is committed to ensuring quality dental care is Accessible for your child. Our Dental RV makes rounds throughout the school year to schools in the Altar Valley, Continental, Sahuarita and Vail School Districts to provide Comprehensive and Innovative dental care to your child.
Our Dental RV is a full service dental office on wheels equipped with a caring dental team, dental chairs, an x-ray machine and everything needed to provide treatment to your child. You can Trust your child will be cared for in an Atmosphere that makes them feel comfortable and safe.
How Does It Work?
- Complete a Registration Form. You can find this by clicking the "Register Here" button below.
- Return the completed form to your child’s teacher or school nurse where we will pick them up. You can also return the completed form directly to our office by email, fax, mail or bringing it in.
- We will then see your child on the RV for an exam. If treatment is needed, you will receive treatment plan that will need to be signed for treatment consent.
- Once we receive the signed treatment plan, we will perform the necessary procedures on our RV.
***You do NOT need to be present during your child’s treatment. Your child will return to class as quickly and safely as possible once treatment is complete.

Insurance
We Accept: Most Major Insurance and ALL AHCCCS Plans. United Community Health Center has a team of Certified Application Counselors available to help with your State Applications (AHCCCS) and Market Place Insurance Applications. UCHC offers a Sliding Fee Discount Program for the uninsured.
