Doctor of Dental Medicine:
Sara Coutts

Sara Coutts, DMD strives to serve the community by providing high quality dental care. Dr. Coutts was born and raised in Southern California. She attended the University of California San Diego and graduated as a Biochemistry Major with an emphasis in Chemistry and a Minor in Biology in 2010. During college is where she met her husband, who was raised in Arizona. She received her Doctorate Degree from the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health in 2015 and received a certificate in public health while attending ASDOH. Dr. Coutts furthered her education by completing a residency at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center.

Dr. Coutts is member of AzDA and the ADA where she has received recognition for her International Volunteer Service. Further, she was inducted into the National Dental Honor Society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon on May 2015.

Dr. Coutts like to enjoy her free time with her family, her husband, son, dog, and two cats. Together, they like to ride bikes, hike, fish, and garden. She also enjoys baking and making pottery.

Dr. Coutts provides care to pediatric dental patients at United Community Health Center’s Dental Care for Kids.

We Accept: Most Major Insurance and ALL AHCCCS Plans. United Community Health Center has a team of Certified Application Counselors available to help with your State Applications (AHCCCS) and Market Place Insurance Applications. UCHC offers a Sliding Fee Discount Program for the uninsured.
